AT THE END OF JUNE 2021, IF YOU THEN WISH TO PURCHASE A SEASON TICKET FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR (JULY 2021 TO THE END OF THE 2021 SEASON), THIS WILL BE SOLD TO YOU AT HALF THE PRICE OF A STANDARD 2021 SEASON TICKET.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE:

Vouchers will only be sent to the purchaser’s email address and not the recipient’s address. So if you are buying the season ticket as a gift, the voucher will be emailed to you as the purchaser, and not the person you are buying the gift for.

If purchasing a family ticket, please ensure that you list all family members’ names in the recipient name field.

If you are buying more than one individual season ticket at the same time, please fill in the online form for each individual season ticket and ‘Add to cart’ after completing the details for each ticket.  This will ensure you receive a voucher for each season ticket order and that it has the correct information for each ticket.

ONLINE PURCHASING NOTES:

  • Once your order is complete, your season ticket(s) will be emailed to you as a voucher in a PDF format. Please print this out and bring it to the farm on your first visit during the 2021 season. You will then be issued with your corresponding season ticket to sign by the named holder.

  • If purchasing a family ticket, please ensure that you list all family members’ full names in the Voucher Recipient Name field.

ANOTHER WAY TO PURCHASE YOUR 2021 SEASON TICKET:

1. Purchase a season ticket voucher at the Gift Shop (or Farm Shop when the Activity Farm is closed) and pay cash, or credit or debit card. Bring this voucher to the farm on your first visit during the 2021 season and you will be issued with your season ticket membership card to sign. 

GENERAL SEASON TICKET NOTES:

  • Proof of identity may be required. Please note that each ticket is for the sole use of the person or persons named on the application form, and cannot be transferred to a third party.

  • Once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted and we are able to host birthday parties and group bookings once again, a CHILD season ticket may not be used for birthday parties or group bookings, which must all be charged at the full price. 

  • Children under 14 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult (unless on a pre-booked Farmer’s Day when these are available once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted).

  • Our 2021 season begins on Saturday 13th February 2020 and finishes at the end of the 2021 season.
