When I want to visit Longdown Activity Farm, can I turn up and pay on the day at admissions like I normally do?

Sorry, in order to comply with government guidelines, we need to restrict the numbers of daily visitors on the farm. This means that you must pre-book a day and arrival time, and pay for your tickets online using the online booking facility on our website. You will then need to print off your ticket/s – this is your order confirmation – to bring to the farm on the appropriate day of your visit.

Are the tickets I purchase online transferable to another day?

We need to keep count of the number of visitors visiting Longdown Activity Farm on any one day so this means that tickets are non-transferable from one day to another.

You normally offer a 10% discount by booking online – is this offer still available?

Sorry, because all tickets must now be sold online we have temporarily ceased the online discount. This will return once normal operations resume.

I have a 2020 season ticket, so do I still need to book online?

So that we can adhere to a maximum number of visitors on the farm, even if you have a season ticket, you still need to book a day and arrival time online. You will not be charged for this.  Season tickets along with a printed entry ticket (or ticket displayed on a smartphone) – your order confirmation – must be produced at admissions for validation.

I have a 2020 Free Child/ 2020 Free Family Voucher/other 2020 discount voucher – can I use this?
