SPECIAL EVENTS AT LONGDOWN ACTIVITY FARM
We do not charge any extra on top of our usual admissions for our events (unless specified for certain activities on the individual event details), and season ticket holders can may attend event days at no extra cost.
Regardless of the event, our usual full day’s schedule of hands-on activities will carry on alongside.
Make a note of all our events in your diary and come along and join in the fun!

It’s Frightfully Fun at the Farm
Saturday 24th October to Sunday 1st November 2026
Enter the HHHHAUNTED BARN at your peril from Saturday 24th October through to Sunday 1st November for a howlingly good time.
If you’re looking for magical enchantment, visit the farm on Wednesday 28th October to see the glass slipper princess. Sing along with lots of photo opportunities.
Scream with laughter on Thursday 29th October when Crazy M will be making mischief with silly spells and madcap capers!
Encounter real-life creepy creatures with The Creature Teachers on the spooky day itself, Saturday 31st October.
After all the scary stuff, calm down with the friendly farm animals, and join in with a full schedule of farm activities throughout the day.
No additional charge for our Halloween barn attraction, the princess, Crazy M or The Creature Teachers. They will appear at intervals through the day.
Our daily schedule of activities will run as usual.
Season ticket holders do not need to pre-book.
The Longdown Farm Christmas Barn
Join us for lots of farming fun and to meet Father Christmas in the Longdown Farm Christmas Barn. Enter a magical world of snowy scenes and sparkling lights in the Christmas Barn and say ‘hello-ho-ho’ to Father Christmas.
The Ice Queen and Ice Princess will be leaving their frozen world to join us (dates to follow). Who knows, they may even help us to build a snowman!

Please note these are the Christmas Barn opening times. The Activity Farm will be open on the same dates, but during the usual hours of 10am to 4.30pm.
Our standard admissions apply and as no gift is given there is no additional charge to enter The Longdown Farm Christmas Barn or to meet Father Christmas or the Ice Queen and Ice Princess.
Pre-booking online is recommended if you have a specific day and time that you wish to visit – especially for dates nearer to Christmas.
