If you are representing a registered charity, a community group, or a school located in the following postcode areas: SO, PO, BH and SP, you may apply for a free family* ticket for the purposes of fundraising using the application form provided on the Longdown Activity Farm website.
At the end of each calendar month, 20 applications will be picked at random by a computerised system. The successful applicants will be contacted by email which will contain a voucher that allows free of charge entry to 2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children to Longdown Activity Farm in the current season. The ticket will need to be printed in order to use it.
The ticket can only be used once and will not be accepted if printed in duplicate and presented at Longdown Activity Farm admissions.
We will not be able to contact applicants that have not been successful.
You may apply at least once a month but only one family* ticket will be allocated to successful organisations in any 12 month period.
Multiple entries from the same organisation in one month cannot be accepted.

USE OF DATA
Longdown Activity Farm will not share your data with any 3rd party or use the data for any other purpose than selecting successful applications for a family ticket.
